Singer Expression of Interest for Odes to Joy
Register your interest to sing with Darwin Symphony Orchestra and Darwin Chorale
Darwin Symphony Orchestra are looking for singers over the age of 16 to join DSO and Darwin Chorale for our last concert of 2023, Odes To Joy.
All you need to do is to sing in tune and be able to follow the music score! This is a great opportunity for singers who can’t commit to a regular choir to sing with a symphony orchestra in the Darwin Entertainment Centre.
The repertoire is the 4th movement of Beethoven Symphony No. 9, the famous Ode to Joy movement.
There are 4 compulsory rehearsals that all singers must attend, and all singers must attend a total of 8 rehearsals. Those dates can be found in the table below.
