We are thrilled to share that DSO Composer in Residence, Netanela Mizrahi, has been named a finalist in both the Behind the Scenes – Creative and Inspiring Educator categories at the NT Performing Arts Awards.

Her DSO-commissioned collaboration with Rirratjingu Songman Banula Marika, Wuyal’s Journey, which premiered at Darwin Festival last August, has also been named a finalist for Production of the Year. We are incredibly proud to have supported this remarkable work and congratulate all those involved in its success.

Voting is now open for the People’s Choice Award!

The People’s Choice Award gives audiences the opportunity to recognise the performer, production or creative work that made the biggest impact on them. Now it’s your turn. If you’ve been inspired, entertained or moved by a Northern Territory performance this year, cast your vote and help celebrate the incredible talent that makes our performing arts community so special.

Your vote helps recognise the artists and creatives who continue to enrich the Northern Territory through performance, storytelling and creativity.

Voting closes 5 August.
